Le Chef Chez Vous??

I love the kind of approach these ads have to sell a brand of chocolates named 'Le Chef Chez Vous'. My French isn't all that great so I won't attempt a translation there! Help, Anyone?

It can be:
The chief at home
or
The boss at home

It's more like 'The boss is on a visit.'

The correct is:
The Chef at home.
Chef, in this case, means a cooker.
This is a common expression of French Cuisine that the brand take by her name.

I THINK THE AD IS TRYING TO SAY THAT YOU DON'T NEED A PARTNER OR OPPOSITE SEX WHEN YOU HAVE THIS CHOCOLATE LIKE HOW PEOPLE NORMALLY SAY 'THIS CHOCOLATE TASTE SO GOOD THAT IT'S BETTER THAN SEX'.

Sorry.
Julie's mother language is French. Just let me give my opinion : The Boss ( or chef )is at your home.

Mon chere amie, Julia. Don't you think " The boss { or chef } at your home " is a better translation
