CATS??

This is a campaign for CATS, a play directed by T.S. Eliot and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. I don't really understand the idea here?? May be it is a region specific idea. Can anybody explain?

Dogs hate cats. Simple, but not a very powerful idea.

I'd say:
Dogs HATE them.

It's not geographical connected, it's just a visaul vs. word game.. You read Cats and see angry dogs.. simple as that. Campaign by Forsman & Bodenfors.

Dogs don't like cats. As simple as that.

It's very simple. Dogs hate cats ( and viceversa). The musical is very famous and has been showing in Broadway for several years now. it's not directed by T. S Eliot, but based on his poems.

By the way, TS Eliot was a poet on whose work Cats was inspired.

Where does the "dogs hate cats" thing come from? Every cat and dog I've ever seen interact just fine.

I think it's a terrible campaign.

Sure it's visually shocking, but to make the leap that Cats is so successful that dogs are vicious is a little ridiculous. I can't believe the opera house let that out. It does nothing to reinforce or elevate their brand. There are much better ways to get attention.
