I think you should consider a job in Client Servicing....

in general, these are very first thoughts for easy products. It's a good start, but the brutal truth is you're still a long ways away.

A note to all students out there: DO NOT PUT ADS FOR AXE, HOT SAUCE, OR RED BULL IN YOUR BOOK. PERIOD.

While we're at it, don't do Nike, Non-smoking or anything else that is a perennial award show winner.

Everyone always says, don't do those clients unless you do them better than the existing stuff. But the problem is, everyone thinks they did it better than the existing stuff. But they don't. So, just stay away from these clients.

There are millions of products and services to do ads for. Don't do the same ones that show up the the award annals every year and as a result show up in student book after student book.

Doing a great ad for an insurance company solving a real business problem is far more impressive than doing a semi-clever one-off that just plays off of an existing campaign.

Nice campaign, seems a first year or elementary students campaign. Good stuff. Keep it up surely will win some gold in students category. Best example for worst execution.

quite late on this blog but never the less...

I totaly agree with 'anonymous Tuesday, February 13, 2007 3:58:0'.

Find a product or service who's problem is yet to be solved.
