Very nice campaign.
Except I don't like the one which implies you have to be young-looking to get a promotion... there's enough pressure on women in the workplace as it is without Olay piling on a bit more...
regardless, it's simply brilliant how simplistic and effective the execution is, carrying such a relevant insight, using the product in a fresh way. strong art direction. strong campaign.
