Concerned Communicator Awards '06

Every year the Rajasthan Patrika, a daily newspaper from Jaipur, India conducts an annual event called the Concerned Communicator Awards for Advertising Agencies across the country. For more info log on to

This year the Ogilvy, Mumbai walked off with top honours for this ad done for WWF by Abhijit Karandikar. A larger size of this creative is available if you scroll down this page.

The awards also give out a special mention to several others ads that were great but did not win. A few of the ones that were mentioned this year are as follows:

I follow these ads regularly whenever they are published in the newspaper..these are some excellent examples of emotions attached with the current problems..and if a person has a heart..these ads would definitely make him or her think over these issues atleast once.
Very Beautifully do they make these ads..i would call it a god's gift that they think till such a depth..they have crossed all the limits when we talk about the Human ability to think creatively and enforce people to think about what they have just expressed...!!

Nice ad but it doesn't surprise me I know Mohit has got tremendous talent and only he could do this
