A campaign for Beckers. A brand of paints from Sweden. The campaign was done by Akestam. Holst and won a Bronze Epica in 2005. It reminds me of one of those spot the difference puzzles we used to play as kids! An interesting way of showing how a little color can change your life!

Start GMBH from an agency from Germany created this campaign for Malboro....errr, well for Burger King! My only query is why would anyone try to rip off a cigarette company's advertising or even imitate it?? Aren't they like the most harmful things on the planet (not that junk food is!) But all said and done, I think Burger King is on a faulty track here...wonder what they are trying to achieve?? via: coloribus

clean, clean, clean...

I don't know the agency that did this but i think it's qute cool. A demonstration ad where you see the benefit of the product even before you walk into the store! My only worry is that it does not tell me anything new...all vacuum cleaners have to clean, they are made for that very purpose.

I really can't guess how many customers would buy it, coz it told me the same thing in a new way...may be few...may be lots! I somehow believe the latter is more true!

This print campaign for a tool manufacturing company named Garant was done by a German Agency named WOB. The campaign features great photoshop skills and an equally nice idea. The campaign is also a Bronze winner at Epica 2005.

BOCAGE has been one brand that falls into the league of finding a great platform for an idea and creating great work on it again and again. A few others that have a similar style of advertising include TIME, Weru, Economist, Bisley, Air France, PS2 and several others...

No Mercy by JWT!

Yet another winner from the EPICA Awards in 2005. This one for BMW by JWT/PPGH in Netherlands won a Bronze Epica.

A campaign for Orbit White that had me ROFL! I find it quite funny for some weird reason. The agency behind the campaign is BBDO Werbeagentur, Austria.

Jazz on the Wires!

Well, I've seen a lot of ads that use electrical wires (most of them without the wires) for some wireless feature or the other. This one is pretty different from the rest. It's for a Jazz Festival!

Italians for Germans!

BMW - (Bayerische Motoren Werke GmbH): 3 letters that surely evoke "oohs" and "aahs" for their superior sense of design and great looks. Well, the Italians from D'adda, Lorenzini, Vigorelli, BBDO (that's a really long name) created this campaign that won a Bronze Epica last year!

Inlingua in Type!

A really brilliant campaign for Inlingua, a language school. The campaign was done by Kolle Rebbe Werbeagentur. The typography here is probably the coolet that I have seen. And I love the way it blends into the idea! Rocking campaign this...I wonder if it picked up a Cannes Lion??

Bepanthol from Barcelona!

A nice campaign by JWT, Barcelona for a tattoo improvement cream named Bepanthol! I personally love the Spider frame the best though all of them are quite cool.

Directions from Spain!

The Spaniards from Contrapunto are the creative brains behind this campaign for the GPS system in the JEEP. Impressive art here but I wonder if they did do films (commercials) with the same idea...those would have been a lot of fun and effective too!
