ELE-PHAT!!
This ad for my body gym is kinda hilarious. I love the idea of the elephant following the fat lady instead of its own mother! I do wonder if that's going to put off fat people as it looks like it ridicules them. We recently did a campaign for a weight loss program featuring pregnant men! (well, fat men who looked like pregnant men)...I find a parallel of sorts with this idea ad the one we did. viaWednesday, July 26, 2006
ITIVI Campaign

Thanks to Tolga Büyükdoganay for sending in this campaign for ITIVI. It features a style and technique that we've seen before but translates into an interesting campaign that's not only cost-effective but interesting too!Tuesday, July 25, 2006
The Ogilvy Belgium Copy Test!?

These 2 ads for Ford's New Ranger XLT have been doing the rounds across the advertising blogosphere for a few days now. I recently bumped into this post by Coolzor that reveals that these ads by Ogilvy, Belgium might not be as original as they seem because exactly the same idea has been done before in 1999 for the launch of the 607 from Peugeot! The agency behind the Peugeot is unknown though.

Here's the 1999 ad that was done by Peugeot. Saints v/s Sinners, Anybody got anything more to say??

Harmony Returns!

Another campaign for Harmony, the magazine for Senior Citizens. This print campaign tries to promote their website, www.harmonyindia.org. You can see their previous print campaign here!Veja Type II

Veja, the magazine from Brazil is back with it's latest typo campaign. Their last campaign was a roaring success across the advertising world winning loads of metal in several ad fests. Now, this campaign for me is a bit of a let down though it still is great work. Candy Land!!

I don't really know if Ogilvy & Mather, Singapore shot this campaign for Perfetti or if this was done on photoshop but it's an idea that comes like a wave of fresh air. To be honest, I did think of Sony Bravia for a second but then, that's just natural. This campaign also won at the Asia Pacific Ad Fest. Great work and if this was really shot, then I'm sure it must have been an experience like no other! VIAHenko Tricks!

A campaign for Henko Stain Champion by Mudra, Communications. This is quite a tricky one. The instance you bring these ads to your eye, the mountain and the trees vanish but take them a little away from your eye and you see them again. The same might work if you half close your eyes but then, does today's consumer have enough time to do all that?Flying Belt by Seiko.
An ad for SEIKO by GMASCO Communications, Dubai. The copy reads 'Now also available at Dubai Duty Free'. VIA help!!

This was a campaign done for Lynx Deodorant a few years ago. If anybody knows the name of the Blue and Pink instrument in the girl's hand in the Brazil frame, it would help me in a campaign we're trying to do. If anybody does, please help by leaving a comment. I wish there was somebody who could. Thanks for the help. Cheers!

Spectacular Harmony from Mudra DDB

Superb! I really think the copy and emotions captured in the words of this campaign for Harmony, a magazine for senior citizens above 55 is spectacular. It reminds of the Indian Express by Freddy Birdy & Naved Akthar ages ago. Not a surprising fact that both are from Mudra. This one is sure to pull a chord or leave a lump in your throat...splendid work, the writer must be a genius. If you know the credits, please help.
