The concept is OK but the execution is poor. Owing to the poor choice of font, the copy could lead viewers to a totally different interpretation. If they wanted viewers to feel the weight loss is a scary factor not a dream-come-true, they should have chosen a different font instead of adding the 'sad' explanation in the parentheses.
