communication from across the planet!

A new campaign from McCann Erickson, Singapore for a costume rental studio called Housz of Costumez. The ads are titled 'Nun', 'Osama' and 'Elton John'. I did not get the idea instantly but did after a little thought. What's your opinion here?
A new guerilla idea to promote air travel on Air India by Mudra Communications. To take the message of how cheap/inexpensive air travel has actually become, Interstate buses were plastered with posters of Aeroplane Windows. The actiivity was aimed at people across bus stops, bus terminals, motorists and crawling traffic in cities!

Kiran Koshy, an Art Director from The Richards Group in Dallas sent in this campaign for a bookstore called 'Murder By The Book' in Houston, Texas. The store specialises in mystery books and the idea here is in absolute sync to draw the attention of any reader who is interested in mystery books. Nice stuff here!

Thanks to Hugo Tornelo from Torke Stunt in Lisbon Portugal for sharing this multi-phased advertising campaign to launch the TV series Prison Break on the Portuguese FOX Channel.

Thanks to Aleix Bou i López from Contrapunto, BBDO. A Spanish foundation created in defence of the animals, wanted to promote adoption and to find sponsors for their annual summit. They needed pictures of people with their mascots. So they sent an email to some friends and colleagues asking for them and suddenly the campaign became a viral. They received hundreds of pictures from all around the country. Sadly, they had to break them!

A really humorous print and outdoor campaign for a newsdaily from Mexico. The headline below translates to "Such a complex world needs a good explanation." I really like the ad with Arnie in it!
Thanks to Rajeev Ravindranathan from Saatchi & Saatchi, Bangalore for sending in this Ambient Media Idea that was executed for the Cancer Patients Aid Association. The Pan stains that you see on the walls are a common feature at several buildings in India. Shameful but absolutely true!
