Face the Glass Once More!

Oh! Another one of those 'I bumped into a glass' campaigns for a cleaner called Windex. I've seen variations of people bumping into unseen objects, birds with bandages on their heads, birds squashed on glass, ants walking onto clear glass and several others...all done too many times, yaaaaawn!

Blogcked!

I know that most visitors from across India must be dissapointed with the fact that blogspot.com has been blocked due to security reasons after the 7/11 blasts in trains across Mumbai. I share the same dissapointment too. Recent reports suggest that this is only a temporary move and all blogs shall be restored soon. For those of you in other countries, the updates will continue and I hope you enjoy this site as you always did. Thanks for the support and to all my friends from India, thank you for your patience!

Nemo DM

A DM idea for the launch of the film 'Find Nemo'. This little DM was sent to Media Planners across agencies. I've heard that this idea has been done before but I haven't seen it before. If you know where and when, a link would help!

AXN Challenge!

I watch AXN quite regularly and I think this ad depicts the mood and content of the channel pretty accurately. It's definetely not for somebody with a weak heart!

Xtra Energy!

The Gift of HIV!

A campaign that aims to stop the spread of HIV. It was done a while ago but I thought I'd share it anyways. The headline is in German, I guess! Translates into something close to "What are you bringing home your partner today?" I might be wrong, it would be great if somebody could translate the headline.

Strength of Teeth Again!

Yesterday, I posted exactly the same idea for another brand of toothpaste and it is back again!! This guerilla idea was done by Rediffusion DY&R for Colgate! Advertising can be funnier than you think it is.

Alert Attention!

An ad for NoDoz, a tablet that keeps you awake, alert, etc. I like the subtleity of the idea here!

Sportlist Arrows!

This campaign for sportlist has art-direction I really really like. Though it seems like a technique we've seen before, the ads do have a certain freshness of their own. I think the campaign would look lovely on outdoor! A sight to cherish...

A VW 9 Seater!

A Twenty Rupee Condom!

Yet Another Bag!

Oops, just when we'd thought we had seen enough bags, there comes another one! This bag for Pantene was designed in such a way that the strings of the bag co-incided with the hair demonstrating how strong the hair is after the use of Pantene. VIA: coloribus blog

Do it with NASHUA!

Another Bag!

There we go, yet another bag! I don't mind them but I wish someone tried something new with them. This one is to help children who are Autistic. The headline reads 'Reach out to children with autism.' The Art director is Yosef Khouwes. If you know the agency, share it!

Harley Davidson Sex Store!!!

Ouuuuuuuuuch!

Adult Comics!

A series of really provocative ads for Adult Comics. I think these won at the recent awards at the Montreux in Switzerland and at the Clio's too!

>>> ??? <<<

I don't understand the idea behind this campaign for Pianegonda Jewelry. Anybody does?

Booked?

A campaign for BooksPlus by Y&R, Dubai. The headine reads 'A book will never let you down.

Space for the challenged

A thought provoking campaign that talks to the general citizen about givin people with disabilities/physically challenged what's their own. Notice the strong use of language and the way it works in grabbing attention. If you know the agency, please leave a comment.

Chimp Week @ the Zooooo!

ACRES, Singapore

A campaign for ACRES: Singapore, Animal Concerns Research & Education Society. The headline reads 'Illegal logging kills more than just trees.' The campaign was done by Y&R, Singapore. VIA

Hands on Movies!

What I don't understand very clearly is the fact that the hands are at the doorstep while the movies are actually available online which means they are on my computer! May be the same hands on a mouse would be appropriate or these would work best for a movie rental service that delivers the CD's or DVD's home. Isn't it?
